Most people start an introduction with a list of labels that apply to them. Labels help us put things into neat little boxes, and I’ll admit that I love neat little boxes as much as the next person. In fact, I have difficulty placing things that don’t go into boxes, but that’s a conversation for another time. My point is, there are many, many boxes I fit into, and sometimes those boxes don’t make sense when you put them together. But that’s me, and part of the reason for this blog. So here, in no particular order, are some of my many boxes:

I’m sure there are about a billion more. But what I get questioned most about are the more adult aspects of my life (poly, pansexual) and what daily life looks like with the balance of those and child-rearing. So a lot of this blog will honestly probably be kind of boring – because life isn’t 50 Shades of Grey, billionaires with fancy dungeons, and flying in a private helicopter. Life here is children and schooling and partners and submission. Sometimes it’s boring. Sometimes it’s amazing. All of the times, it’s my life.
